Dr. Garrett Moen obtained his Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2015. Previously, he had completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Minot State University in 2011, specializing in genetics research.
Dr. Moen completed externships at Mountain Home Veterans Affairs in Tennessee, learning about eye disease management, and Marietta Eye Clinic in Georgia, where he learned to fit specialty contact lenses and manage corneal disease. He also spent time at Hellerstein and Brenner here in Colorado, levelling up his skills working with pediatric patients.
Dr. Moen’s passion for eye care is born from his love of listening to people and their vision needs. His dedication to his patients is evident in the time he takes to show them exactly why their eyes work the way they do, using the medical equipment found in the Elevation Vision office.
When he isn’t spending time with patients, Dr. Moen enjoys hiking, skiing, and is obsessed with cars. He also considers himself a bonafide foodie, especially when paired with a good beer, wine, or scotch. An avid gamer, Dr. Moen also spends his free time learning coding languages like Javascript and Python.
Audra, Office Manager
Audra is Elevation Vision’s outgoing and reliable Office Manager. For 3 years, she’s taken care of the office, ensuring patients know they’re in good hands when it comes to their eye care needs.
Audra graduated from Front Range Community College in 2021, obtaining an Associate Arts Forestry Certificate.
When she isn’t helping Elevation Vision run smoothly, Audra likes spending time with family and friends, going on spontaneous adventures and enjoying concerts. She also adores playing with her dog and flexes her artistic side through her love of photography.
Dr. Emily Lemburg, OD
Dr. Emily Lemburg received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Iowa State University in 2009. During her degree, she spent her days volunteering at the hospital, completed genome research, and raised money for arthritis research.
Dr. Lemburg obtained her Doctorate of Optometry at Illinois College of Optometry in 2015. Afterward, she completed externships at Mountain Home Veterans Affairs in Tennessee, Marietta Eye Clinic in Georgia, and Hellerstein and Brenner in Greenwood Village, Colorado. She credits these externships with helping her elevate her skillset to serve her patients better.
One of the first things you notice about Dr. Lemburg is how dedicated she is to her patients. She volunteers her time and abilities to the Stout Street Health Care Clinic, providing eye exams to underserved people. She loves getting to know her patients on a personal level, educating them about their eye health and making optometry more accessible.
Dr. Lemburg loves being outside as much as possible, finding it challenging to sit still! 2022 also marked her first triathlon. When she does find the time to sit still, she enjoys reading and cooking.
